As a dental hygienist, I often experience neck, shoulder, wrist and hand pain. I would do stretches and self-adjustments for immediate relief, but I felt I wasn't getting any better overall. My mom was a patient in the past and recommended Intero as it was my first time ever getting chiropratic treatment. I see Dr. Megan who is fantastic, efficient, and caring. She addresses all concerns using a methodic technique to help me correct my "tech" neck and maintain the health of my joints. I started to see improvement after a few sessions with Dr. Megan where I didn't feel the need to make self-adjustments. I am more energized and notice my posture is improving allowing me to better care for my patients at work. Thank you Dr. Megan and team for helping me succeed in my career.

Intero Chiropractic is wonderful. I will be transparent so please take with a grain of salt. Yes, it is expensive. It might not be for everyone but if you have a budget then invest in yourself to get better. I've tried Physical Therapy which alleviated some of my Sciatic pain however being that attuned with my body I knew some nerves were still pinched causing issues from my low back to the bottom foot of my right leg. Intero was very transparent with the price and how long it would take for me to get better. With a set plan in place there was mutual understanding of getting functional then returning when only necessary after the completion of the sessions. I don't plan to be in there often once I recover but I know if I need adjusting they have me on record and will make sure I'm back to normal again. Dr. Meghan is wonderful and we're on the same page. The reason why my recovery is going great is because I share my thoughts on how my body is responding as weeks progress. The more upfront you are with your Doctor the better because they'll layout a plan, give you homework, and they'll continue to modify every time you come in. The old phrase "sharing is caring" is very relevant for chiropractic. Share how your body feels every time you're in and they'll take care of the issue(s). Dr. Meghan does exactly that and the sessions have been great. Pain is almost gone and I started running again.

I've been to a few chiropractors in my time, but my experience with Dr. Fiona at Intero Chiropractic was truly awesome. Over the course of 3 months, I felt like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the comprehensive approach they took. It's truly an all-in-one place where they not only took my X-rays but also took the time to genuinely understand my concerns. Based on this, they crafted a treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. Dr. Fiona has this incredible knack for being thorough yet warm, making each session feel like a blend of professional care and a catch-up with a friend. I can't recommend her enough!!

The best service I've had! The results have been a huge improvement, after a bad car accidents I thought my back pain would never go away. I have been coming to Intero for about a year a now, and have felt better. I can finally say I am almost back to normal. I will still need a few maintenance visits, but toally worth it. Megan has been my hero. She's fun to talk to, she has magic hands, and she talks to you like a human being, instead of using medical speak. I've never had back problems, but after my son was born, I found that lifting him overtime was really causing a lot of discomfort (He's in the 95th percentile for weight). Additionally, I sit at my desk all day, which is obviously not good for my neck or back. One of the biggest draws I had to Intero was that I received a full scan of my neck and back in my first appointment. After finishing my last appointment, I got to see another scan, which showed the various improvements that I received after my 10 weeks of treatments (that treatment number is based on how messed up you are). Bottom line, I feel a lot better.

Intero Chiropractic has an excellent approach towards overall wellness and treatment. They use tools/techniques that helps them assess where to do adjustments. I had a pain in multiple areas neck, mid back, lower back, tailbone, planters fasciitis. All of it turned to be an alignment issue during initial xrays and assessment. My doctor ( Megan’s) approach and targeted adjustments brought back my entire back in perfect alignment and pain reduced by almost 70 percent in first 2 months. It’s fantastic to live a life without pain and having someone who can help. No more painkillers for me. Big thanks to Dr Megan and Intero Chiropractic.

I was having issues with my lower back and upper back. I had been going to a wellness chiropractor for years!! One day I saw this adjustment on IG and thought that I should check these guys out. I am so glad that I did!! They are unlike anything I experienced before! I started off with 2 visits per week and then once a week! They re- align the vertebraes and i went from having one hip higher than the other as well as a few other issues, to being completely aligned. They have wonderful maintenance plans. Excellent customer and patient service. Dr. Fiona is not only knowledgeable and great at what she does, she actually pays attention and addresses my immediate needs at each visit. She is very thorough in her explanations and makes appropriate recommendations. I first came to Intero for help with pain after several months of physical therapy for both of my shoulders, neck, left leg, and posture issues. I was assigned to Dr. Fiona and have been very satisfied from day 1. My goals were to have less pain in every day activities and to start exercising once again.
